Fifth Self-employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) grant deadline imminent
The deadline for claims for the fifth Self-employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS) grant is the end of this month.
The grant is for either 30% or 80% of the three month’s average trading profits, determined by how much the business’ turnover has reduced in the year April 2020 to April 2021. Caps of £2,850 and £7,500 apply.
The grant covers the period from 1st May to 30th September 2021 and all claims must be made on or before 30th September 2021.
All applications must be submitted by the individual, accountants are not able to make the applications on their behalf, but we can certainly assist where needed. Further details can be found here
