2 new charities announced as the beneficiaries of this year’s charity golf day
This year our chosen charities are YCC (Yorkshire Children’s Centre) and The Wooden Spoon.
YCC was founded in 1974 and is a charity based in Huddersfield Town Centre that supports vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people, and their families within Kirklees and the surrounding areas. They provide early interventions and medium to longer-term support for children and those in a child’s circle of influence who are facing challenges with their social, emotional, and mental health.
The Wooden Spoon charity positively transforms the lives of children and youg people with disabilities or facing disadvantage. through the power of the rugby network and its connections.
We hope to raise as much as we can for these 2 worthwhile charities this year at our charity golf day being held at Woodsome Golf Club on Thursday 14 September. It’s our 6th annual golf day this year and is a very popular event, so hurry up and book your slot today, email camilla@langricks.com.
