What I do at Langricks
I started in Holmfirth in August 2016 after finishing my A Levels. I am currently studying towards my ACA at First Intuition in Manchester. My role includes preparing year end accounts for partnerships and limited companies and calculating the corporation tax due. I am also involved with the preparation and submission of VAT returns for clients.
Life before Langricks
Before starting at Langricks I studied A – Levels at Clarendon Sixth Form in Ashton Under Lyne which included accounting. Whilst studying towards my A Levels I had a part time job as a key holder at Card Factory in Glossop. My main responsibilities were maintaining high standards as well as leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and banking the daily takings.
Life outside of Langricks
Outside of work I spend my time with my family and friends which mainly consists of shopping, going to the cinema and eating out. I also like to visit different places, a few of my favourites are Mexico, Tenerife and Menorca.
